    DTM64380A Unbuffered 1Gx72 Memory Module

    The DTM64380A is a high-performance memory module that conforms to JEDEC's DDR3, PC3-10600 standard. It is designed for use in servers, workstations, and other computing systems that require reliable and efficient memory solutions.

    Dual-Rank Assembly

    The DTM64380A features a dual-rank assembly, with each rank consisting of nine 512Mx8 DDR3-1333 Samsung SDRAMs. This configuration allows for increased memory capacity and improved performance.

    Serial Presence Detect

    One 2K-bit EEPROM is used for Serial Presence Detect, providing important information about the memory module such as size, speed, and voltage. This allows for easy identification and compatibility with different systems.

    Thermal Sensor

    The DTM64380A is equipped with a thermal sensor that accurately monitors the DIMM module's temperature. This feature helps prevent the module from exceeding the maximum operating temperature of 95C, ensuring reliable and stable performance.

    Programmable Output Driver Strength and Input Termination Impedance
