Their introduction brings SAN infrastructure components to a higher level of performance and efficiency with the ability to deliver twice the I/O performance of 8Gb FC HBAs. The HP QMH2672 is designed to improve storage performance, optimize for virtualization, and protect investments for the future.

    Improved Storage Performance

    The HP QMH2672 provides a greater performance with the capability to deliver twice the throughput of 8Gb/s FC HBAs. It can provide close to 1 million IOPs and offers full port isolation, with each port having its own independent processor, memory, and driver. This ensures consistent performance for each port.

    Better Optimized for Virtualization

    The HP QMH2672 is designed for environments with greater virtual machine density and bandwidth requirements. It enables more applications and virtual machines to run on a single server and port, resulting in reduced cabling and higher return on IT investment. It also supports advanced features like QoS for MS Hyper-V vFC function.

    Investment Protection
