    Laptops

    For laptops, you can either use the System Drill Down or Service Tag feature to find the right hard drive. Laptops have specific hard drives that are compatible with their systems, so it is important to choose the correct one.

    Speed and Capacity

    The two main factors to consider when choosing a hard drive are speed and capacity. The capacity determines how much data can be stored on the hard drive, while the speed determines how quickly the computer can access or write data to and from the hard drive. Generally, the higher the capacity and speed, the better the performance of the hard drive.
