Secure Solid State Drive and Hard Drive Disposal

Whilst our secure data erasure service destroys 100% of data, there are circumstances in which businesses also need a form of HDD disposal which physically destroys their devices. At Techbuyer, we also offer a hard drive destruction service which is carried out at our secure IT Asset Disposition facility, or within our mobile shredding truck at your company’s site.

For this service we use a shredder which cuts HDDs and SSDs into tiny pieces. These scrap hard drive pieces are disposed of according to Waste Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations, which is the most environmentally responsible method possible. We have a secure chain of custody, GPS tracked transport and asset certifications for complete peace of mind, and our specialised team can also sanitise your hard drives before shredding.
