    The Dell EMC PowerEdge R330 is a great first server or replacement server for SMBs, and it's also very appealing as a reasonably priced ROBO server for big organisations. The PowerEdge R330 supports DDR4 memory in place of DDR3, PERC9 in place of PERC8, an integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 8 (iDRAC8) in place of iDRAC7, and an Intel® Xeon® E3 processor in place of an Intel Xeon E5 in the previous-generation server.

    Up to four internal 3.5-inch cabled or hot-plug hard drives or up to eight 2.5-inch hot-plug hard drives can be used to manage data expansion. Expand memory capacity over time with four DIMM slots that can accommodate up to 64GB of DDR4 memory to enable application performance and lightning-fast reaction times. Utilize a virtualization-ready server that supports VMware® vSphere® ESXi®, Red Hat® Enterprise Virtualization, and Microsoft® Windows Server® with Hyper-V® to adapt quickly to shifting workload conditions.
