This server only uses small form factor drive bays, supporting SATA HDD, SAS HDD, SATA SSD, SAS SSD and NVMe SSDs, able to be configured to a maximum of 734TB (48x15.3TB) with SAS SSDs. Hot swap SSDs can be upgraded, cleaned or replaced without having to shut down the server, therefore minimizing server downtime.

Choose Gold 6143 or Platinum 8165 processors for core-boosting technology, helping you to boost the performance of all the cores whilst lowering core-based licencing costs. The Intel C621 chipset supports DDR4 memory. Intel virtualization technology provides hardware assist to the virtualization software able to minimize cost and complexity. Hyper-threading technology better utilizes idle resources leading to greater throughput for certain important workloads and increased system performance.
