Government Digital Sustainability Alliance

Techbuyer is a member of the GDSA, working alongside DEFRA, as well as other businesses in the industry, to inform government on sustainable IT best practice. We are a member of the Circular Economy Working Group.

Data Centre Alliance

The Data Centre Alliance exists to lead and promote best practice for the data centre sector. Techbuyer has been an active member since 2019, leading the publication of guides on sustainability and water usage.

Techbuyer partnered the University of Hull and Innovate UK on a Knowledge Transfer Partnership to develop the circular economy decision making tool Circul.8. We also have ongoing work developing papers and support with guest lectures and project hosting.
