Packaging Returns Service

When we say we are working towards 100% recycled and recyclable packaging, we really mean it.

Techbuyer offers a free of charge packaging returns service via the free DPD returns label provided. Please include the company name and location so we can say thank you.

In order to provide an easy to use and efficient returns service we are providing you with a link to DPD Local’s Pickup Returns Portal. If your returned items are lost or damaged whilst being returned to us, please do not contact DPD Local as your contract for the return is with us and not DPD Local.

Simply:

1. Pop your packaging back in to the box you received in.
2. Tape up your box.
3. Stick the DPD returns label (provided) over your delivery address. If you need another label, head here to download and print a replacement DPD returns label. Don't worry about filling out the sales order number, you can leave this blank.
4. Drop off your package at your nearest DPD drop off point. You can find your nearest CollectPlus location by searching here.

Returning packaging will enable us to reuse and recycle wherever possible. Techbuyer is in the process of working with suppliers to develop 100% recyclable packaging made from recycled content, finding a second use for tens of thousands water bottles in the process. We are also working hard to find environmentally sound alternatives to bubble wrap and donate to charities selling online so that it has a second useful life.
