DDR3: Radical Memory Design DDR3 offers radical design improvements over DDR2. Both performance and efficiency, two of the key ingredients for server excellence, are the features which have received drastic upgrades. Speed has been upgraded via the lengthening of the prefetch rate from 4 to 8 bits, meaning that informational transactions are processed much quicker across the data bus. A voltage drop from 1.8v-1.9v to 1.35v is a dramatic improvement in efficiency, resulting in longer periods of the highest performance levels and higher cost effectiveness.

Relentless Data Security ECC (error- correcting code) offers relentless security for your data.
