This product is compatible with Gen8 HPE ProLiant DL160 rack servers, HPE ProLiant ML350e servers, HPE BL420c blade servers, and HPE SL230 servers.
Choosing HP DDR3 technology provides dramatic data transfer speed and capacity improvements than DDR2. With it being a low voltage server memory module, power consumption will also be lower which will result in reduced server running costs.
Data protection
This memory module is registered which means the CPU can access data more easily as a result of the stabilised DRAM modules. The ECC (error-correcting code) in this product also prevents undetected memory data corruption by automatically searching for minor errors or faults within the server.
