Chelmer is a specialist financial software service company based with offices in Auckland New Zealand and the Philippines. It provides customised IT strategies to financial services firms across Asia Pacific. The Challenge

Chelmer has a commitment to sustainable practice and is well aware of the environmental cost of the growing e-waste stream. Given the nature of Chelmer’s business, it needs procured hardware to be reliable, under warranty and subject to very strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Downtime is not an option given the nature of the business.
