Techbuyer Successfully Launch New Brand at CeBIT Exhibition in Germany

Last week, as part of the launch of Techbuyer’s brand new company name and website, the business successfully showcased its new look at the international IT exhibition, CeBIT.

The event was a great success; not only was it the perfect platform to launch the new Techbuyer brand, but it was also an excellent opportunity to meet with potential customers and discuss exactly how we can help them and work with them in the future.

With over 3000 exhibition stands to visit, the Techbuyer team also got the opportunity to sample the latest innovations in the world of data and data centre technology. Only by keeping our knowledge of the latest developments up to speed can we offer the best data solutions to meet the diverse and ever-changing needs of our customers.

Following on from a spectacular dance performance from CeBIT’s partner country, Japan, speeches from Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzō Abe, and German Chancellor, Dr Angela Merkel, officially launched CeBIT 2017.

CeBIT Opening Night

Over on the Techbuyer stand, it was an extremely busy week for the sales team, who discussed our purchasing and sales solutions with hundreds of IT professionals, traders and enthusiasts from all around the world.

Having recently opened a brand new Techbuyer facility in Goch, Germany, our new German sales representatives, Nino Sinatra and Christopher Sweetsir, were also on hand to answer questions from native visitors.

Techbuyer Team at CeBIT

The Techbuyer team received some excellent feedback, with one guest saying that visiting the Techbuyer stand “made [their] whole trip to CeBIT worthwhile”.

Another visitor, who had recently paid someone to remove and dispose of his old data centre equipment, got quite a shock when he learned that we actually pay customers for their unwanted IT parts, including used servers, hard drives, processors and memory RAM.

As the week drew to a close, Managing Director Kevin Towers summarised, “It was a fantastic week at CeBIT! I am immensely proud of what Techbuyer has achieved: to go from a small company run by just a few people, to multiple facilities worldwide and now to have exhibited at CeBIT- it is all the result of an incredible amount of hard work and dedication from everyone at Techbuyer!”
