The below grading information is applicable to laptops and desktops:

Grade A

Comprehensively tested and 100% functional.
Outer casing / front bezel may contain minimal marks / scratches – surface coating NOT broken.
Screen shows minimal to no signs of use.
Palm rest, keyboard and trackpad may show signs of light use.
Ports show minimal to no signs of use and all are fully functional.
Battery life is 75%+

Grade B

Comprehensively tested and 100% functional.
Outer casing (lid) may have light marks, individually less than 30mm x 3mm. May have one small dent max.
Outer casing (base panel) may have up to five small dents. May have missing feet
Front bezel may have minimal marks / scratches, less than 10mm length - surface coating NOT broken.
Screen may have marks / scratches less than 10mm x 2mm wide - NOT visible when product is turned on.
Palm rest, keyboard and trackpad may show signs of dulling from use. Keyboard has all key markings visible.
Ports show normal signs of wear and tear - all are fully functional.
Battery life is 50%+

Grade C

Comprehensively tested and 100% functional.
Outer casing (lid) may have multiple minor/major scratches, small dents or minor discoloration
