    The HPE Smart Array P408i-a SR Gen10 Controller is an enterprise-level RAID controller that offers enhanced messaging, database and general server application performance. The HPE Gen 10 Controller delivers faster data insights by utilising HPE SSD Smart Path technology, it also has a 2 GB Flash-Backed Write Cache making it ideal for data-intensive applications. Supporting 12Gb/s SAS and PCle 3.0, the HPE Gen 10 Controller effectively delivers enhanced performance whilst also offering versatility with its Mixed Mode operation and connectivity with SAS and SATA drives. The Gen 10 Controllers are also supported by the HPE Smart Storage Battery.
