    HP is proud to introduce the first in a series of solid state drive products. This cutting-edge device is designed for extreme operation environments and local boot, offering the reliability of solid state technology, lower power consumption, and faster read speeds compared to traditional rotating drives.

    Unmatched Performance and Efficiency

    The SFF (Small Form Factor) product is based on NAND Single Level Cell flash technology, providing up to 50 times the performance of SATA and 15 times the performance of SAS for random reads. With no rotating media, solid state drives have no seek times, resulting in higher read IOPS (Input/Output Operations Per Second).

    Perfect for Any Environment

    Solid state drives are not only powerful, but also low power, consuming less than 2 watts compared to 9 watts for a 15K SFF SAS drive. This not only generates less heat, but also eliminates any noise. Additionally, solid state drives can operate in extreme environments of up to 70 degrees Celsius, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
